We are working with a Top Firm that seeks to fill two unadvertised roles: an Of Counsel and a Patent Agent for their busy BIOTECH practice.- Biotech patent prosecution experience a must; immunology or oncology a plus but not required. PhD preferred; MS minimum (if agent, PhD preferred, MS is ok if prior in-house or examiner experience)
- Will manage global patent portfolio, strategize, patentability, draft responses to Office Actions, draft applications.
- Firm has over 20 offices with an IP practice of 50+ attorneys and agents.
- 100% Remote position (for serious inquiries will disclose home office)
Of Counsel: 6++ years exper. Any state bar
Patent Agent: 3+ years, USPTO Admitted
